1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with betmax, accessing our Website, depositing funds, placing wagers, or using any of our Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and consent to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies incorporated herein by reference. 3.2 Account Registration Process

When registering a betmax account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact details, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are prohibited from:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or account verification.
• Registering multiple accounts under the same name or using different identities.
• Using another person's identity, payment methods, or personal information.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your betmax account credentials.
• Registering an account if you have been previously banned, suspended, or excluded from betmax or any affiliated platform.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with betmax. Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same Player may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of wagers and bonuses. Any winnings derived from duplicate accounts are subject to confiscation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials including username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party or allow others to access your account. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. You must immediately notify betmax customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

All deposits must originate from payment sources owned by and registered in your name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. 4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

You may be required to verify your identity by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. All funds deposited must be wagered at least once (1x wagering requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This requirement applies to both bonus-free deposits and deposits where bonuses were declined to prevent money laundering activities.

Overtime, extra time, and shootouts are not included in settlement unless explicitly stated in the bet description.

If an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, bets will be voided unless otherwise specified in sport-specific rules. Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays in odds updates and bet acceptance due to transmission latencies. betmax reserves the right to reject live bets if significant market movements or outcome determination has occurred before bet acceptance.

5.3 Casino Game Rules

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of inside information for betting advantage.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets.

• Manipulation or exploitation of game malfunctions, software errors, or system vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering or use of betmax for any illegal financial transactions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

betmax offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, betmax, its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of betmax Services including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if betmax has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betmax is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security, delays in payment processing by third-party providers, or any events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall betmax's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) month period preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute regarding betmax Services, you must first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support channels within thirty (30) days, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with regulatory procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of betmax Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

betmax reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policies.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to respond to verification requests within specified timeframes.
• Abusive behavior toward betmax staff or other players.
• Request by regulatory authorities or legal requirements.

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be settled, bonuses will be forfeited, and any remaining genuine funds (excluding bonus funds and winnings from prohibited activities) will be returned to you subject to verification and deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. You remain liable for all activities conducted on your account prior to closure.

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

betmax's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized betmax representative.
